Yaoxian Mazui Water Supply Project is a pilot project of Shaanxi/UNICEF CES Cooperative Programme. The project started in June,2001, and finished in Sep.,2001 . Total investment of the project is RMB298,000Yuan, of which,  the state input RMB164,000Yuan, and local input is RMB134,000Yuan. The implementation of the project may solve the drinking water problem of 3720 people and 300 heads of livestock as well as irrigation water of some industrial crops, with indoor tap rate of 100.
